Exciting AI Opportunity!

I first want to in advance say I hope this note is appropriate for this forum. I am a retained executive recruiter based in Chicago and working on a very interested and unique job search right now for TD Ameritrade, a leading online brokerage. This position heavily focus on AI so as I came across this group, I thought some of you may be able to help. Right now, TD Ameritrade has been working with a third party vendor to create a virtual agent, which will be on their website, going live soon. This virtual agent, developed with AI technology will be able to answer real time questions from clients. If you take a look at the virtual agent on the goarmy.com website, Sergeant Star, you will see a very similar agent, although this one will be better. The search I am performing is for a Director of Virtual Client Experience. This person not only will need expertise in the technology of the agent, but also the operations side, to ensure the agent is doing what it should be. This person will lead a new group at TD Ameritrade as this agent will be very critical to their organization.
