“ Very interesting discussion centering on the concepts of consciousness and Artificial Intelligence. To this point, it was a rare occassion that I found more than myself knowledgeable about an obscure title: Julian Jaynes' "The Origin of Consciousness and the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind." Also discussed was the Pulitzer prize winning book from Douglas Hofstadter: "G E B, The Eternal Golden Braid." ” -
